Kiran Dhaliwal married Guneet Luther at Four Seasons Ten Trinity Square in central London on 21st August 2018. She says: “We met at university in January 2012 and it was love at first sight. We started dating almost immediately and have been together for six and a half years.
Guneet put in an offer on a property (in an area of London I’ve always dreamed of living in) and the day it completed, he took me to this place, our future home, and proposed. He had rose petals and candles scattered over the floor and popped the question with his late mother’s beautiful ring. It was the perfect beginning to our forever.”

Planning the Day
“We had our civil ceremony in London, a week of festivities in my hometown Toronto, and a second reception in London for those who couldn’t make it to Canada. The biggest challenge was a last-minute reception venue change. We originally booked the Mandarin Oriental in Knightsbridge, but due to the fire, we had to find a new venue with just a month’s notice!
There were a few scary weeks where we thought we would have to cancel the entire event, but Zohaib Ali really came through for us in terms of support and suggestions. We were able to secure Four Seasons Ten Trinity Square. Ours was the first Asian wedding there since it opened.”

“Zohaib Ali is unbelievably talented. His work speaks for itself! We met with him and he explained his vision. We were happy to trust his expertise and knew he would give us his best. He also shot our engagement photos in Paris, and has become a real friend.”
The Reception
“Our reception was held in the Rotunda at the Four Seasons Ten Trinity Square, a circular space with an Art Deco vibe. We took care to ensure all the tables had a lovely view by arranging them along the circumference. There was no back and no front, so nobody felt forgotten.
It was a perfect day but the best part for us both was watching our grandmothers dance. My advice to future brides? It all goes by so unbelievably quickly, so make sure you live in the moment.”
