Priyanka Chopra may be fresh off the Met Ball red carpet but there’s another star-studded event we reckon she has lined up in her social diary.
With the Royal Wedding now thrillingly just days away, we’re certain the Bollywood siren has received an invite to the event of the year. Meghan is known to have a close girl gang, which includes tennis ace Serena Williams, reality TV sensation Millie Mackintosh and India’s former Miss World Priyanka Chopra.

The two met at a party back in 2015 and hit it off straight away. In three short years they’ve grown close; hanging out between projects and drinking in swanky LA and NYC bars - Meghan even interviewed the Bajirao Mastani and Baywatch star for her now defunct blog, The Tig.
All this had our collective fingers crossed that PC would feature in Meghan’s bridesmaid brigade. But now that the official list has been released and Priyanka is not on it (sob!), we’re hedging our bets on a head-turning appearance as a glamorous guest instead.

Sequins, sequins, sequins! PC shines bright in a Vera Wang midi dress covered in gorgeous shiny discs, teamed with metallic court heels and dark, sultry eyes. We’d see this look at the reception, rather than at ceremony in St George's Chapel, Windsor Castle.
Golden Globes, 2017 
Glimmering in a golden gown by Ralph Lauren, PC kept the rest of her look simple with dark eyes and deep red lips. Another one for the reception party, we think.
The Emmys, 2016
Embodying the lady in red in Jason Wu on the Emmys red carpet. The actress matched her lipstick to her bright scarlet one-shouldered gown.
Screen Actors Guild Awards, 2016
Wowing the assembled crowds in pink, Chopra sported a pretty Monique Lhuillier gown for the Awards. The strapless pink and white lace mermaid dress showed off her trim figure perfectly, and she matched it with dangly earrings and a vibrant berry statement lip. Just add a fascinator to make it W-day ready!

As far as wedding guest dresses go, this pastel Pankaj and Nidhi design hits all the right notes. The subdued palette works for light, bright occasions like an early summer weddings, while the cut shows off her curves without revealing too much skin.
