It presents authentic regional recipes from across India that are inspired by the travel tales of Roop’s parents, Colonel Manbeer and Mrs Binny Choudhary. With each dish you dive into the multitude of flavour combinations offered in the various states of India. The extensive all-day menu is curated by Karen Anand and includes some of her signatures as well as many regional Indian specialities which appear for the first time on an Indian restaurant menu in London.
