We loved the black sesame Lobster & Prawn toast to start - sweet and tender with just the right amount of crunch - followed by the utterly outstanding Wagyu filet with caramel soy sauce. Finish with The Silk Road dessert (an astonishingly beautiful plate comprising strawberry sorbet, lychee and rose and edible flowers with chocolate crisp).
With kitchen staff lured from some of London's most acclaimed restaurants, Tattu is one of the brightest stars on the Manchester restaurant scene and the perfect start for a hen to remember.
