A Wanted Man, on the frontiers of Sloane Ranger territory, is a unique multi-concept block, bringing together a Browhaus brow bar, Ministry of Waxing salon and espresso canteen all under one fabulous Wild West-themed roof.
So if you’re struggling to sort out a planning sesh with your ‘maids between all-essential waxing and threading appointments, you can eat, shape and wax in one go at A Wanted Man.
Here’s what you can expect to find beyond its wooden threshold.
Ministry of Waxing
On the second floor of the complex, you’ll find Ministry of Waxing (MOW). MOW has five salons in London, all sporting wonderfully distinct interiors - Holborn has a Grand Budapest Hotel theme and is next on our visit list. In Chelsea, there’s has a cool cowboy vibe. Expect wood, retro posters, and hat stands masquerading as cactus.
MOW prides itself on three things; hygiene, quality and speed. We’re happy to report that they deliver on all three. Each client receives a sealed pouch containing disposable waxing equipment to ensure it’s 100% sterile. And at less than 30 minutes per wax, MOW are the fastest hands in the west. Well, west London, at least.
The wax used resembled melted chocolate with ingredients including actual chocolate and berries. Thanks to the expert therapists, the wax was less painful than usual. Afterwards there was no sign of ingrowing, snapped hairs or Raw hides, just perfectly smooth pins.

A Wanted Man Cafe
Superb coffee, healthy food and huge choice, the menu takes a departure from the Western theme of the venue – this is Chelsea after all. You’ll find plenty of veggie options, light lunches and snacks to tempt your (and your bridesmaids’) appetite.
We tried the salmon with Portobello, tomatoes, roasted garlic and rocket with a drizzle of balsamic dressing; the perfect sustenence between treatments. The café was packed, and no wonder; the food here is legendary. Wash it all down with artisan coffee or an array of cold-pressed juices.

Browhaus
The first floor is home to brow experts Browhaus. The company offers a myriad of treatments (including semi-permanent makeup and extensions) to make your peepers pop.
We went for a threading to neaten followed by an eyebrow tint to get the sort of depth you’d never achieve with a pencil. The threading was impressively fast with zero pain while the tint suited our light complexion perfectly. Could this be the start of a beautiful Browmance?
