If you’re heading off on honeymoon but haven’t put together the ultimate capsule wardrobe yet, this year’s Cannes can give you some pointers.
Deepika Padukone, Aishwarya Rai and Sonam Kapoor have all stunned on the red carpet. But while their evening looks stopped the Internet in its tracks, their daywear was equally compelling – and perfectly honeymoon-worthy.

In pretty pinks and bold sunshine yellow, Deepika displayed feline feminine style at the 70th Film Festival. We've fallen hard for the slinky Galvan London; it’ll look sublime for candlelit dinners under the stars, but literally any of her other wardrobe choices would work for sightseeing and day-tripping.
Despite her slow sartorial start, 43 year-old (we know, she doesn't look it) Mrs Bachchan’s off-carpet looks got better by the day. What did we love the most? The nudes; both the George Hobeika and Mark Bumgarner gowns looked divine. Like Aish, wear with loose waves and a statement lip by the seashore.
Between her and sister/stylist Rhea, Sonam’s day ensembles saw her slide into a new OMG-I-want-it! wardrobe each time. That off-shoulder mint Masaba outfit? Super chic for alfresco pre-dinner cocktails, right? Boho beach vibes arrived in blood orange and mustard Anamika Khanna, while the custom Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla kaftan will keep you cool for a day by the sea. And NorBlack NorWhite’s prismatic creation is just the thing for a beach party.
