A peak at Lasan’s tasting menu is enough to make you book that trip. The extravagant 7-course menu includes classic ingredients like paneer, lamb, prawns and chicken. Starting with cashew gravy-based paneer appetiser, the scrumptious marinates and succulent meat mains are an absolute delight. This ideal menu is finished with a perfectly balanced beetroot halva topped with pistachio ice-cream.
