Bussola Restaurant

Located pride of place facing the Gulf at the Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi is the award-winning Italian fine dining restaurant Bussola.

The restaurant is split into two levels with the upper catering for families with pizza and pasta while the lower deck is reserved for gourmet Italian.

The impossibly delicious 300g Burrata starter should come with an addiction warning; it’s that good.

Burrata, a cheese made from mozzarella and cream, is so silky you could eat the entire thing in a single sitting and still crave more.
But be warned, sharing it may be the first test of your marriage. 

Mains include breaded veal chop, juicy corn fed chicken and perfectly cooked fish dishes such as tuna loin, sea bass and red snapper.

Finish with the fabulous molten dark chocolate cake but if you’re nearly full to bursting, opt instead for a scoop of sorbet, which come in a medley of refreshing flavours.
