The A La Carte
This selection pays homage to India's history and multiculturalism with plates from the Indian diaspora in South East Africa. There's Seafood Braai (a South African-style bbq) and Kuku Wa Kupaka, a sensational Kenyan-style chicken curry that comes with fresh mango and pineapple salad.
