The Ampersand

Take a trip down to the basement to sample the delights of Apero, The Ampersand's restaurant and bar. Dressed in polished white metro tiles and exposed brick walls, the light-filled modern eaterie plates up delicious yet simple dishes from the Mediterranean.

Sit down for an aperitif at Apero's glamorous bar before a tasty dinner of lamb with pomegranate and fennel, or smoked aubergine with artichoke, pear and goat's curd. Finish with a classic Italian tiramisu or the delectable saffron panna cotta for a post wedding dinner that's a celebration all of its own. 

Alternatively enjoy a sensory rich afternoon tea in the Drawing Rooms. Part English drawing room, part 'salon de thé', with deep sofas and studded armchairs in scarlet velvets and kingfisher blues, The Drawing Room is the place to enjoy pretty pastries, exceptional teas, freshly-pressed coffees and Afternoon Tea.
