Signature Sips

Keep an open mind when stepping into this location as the bar menu is not the usual Cosmopolitan and Whiskey Sour. A stunning knockout here is the Ube Spiced Collins built with southeast Asian purple sweet potato infused with Haku vodka and winter spiced cordial leaving you with a spiced pumpkin flavour. If the menu feels a bit too unfamiliar, you can simple utter ‘Omakase’ which means ‘I’ll leave it up to you’ to the team of experts here.
