Cocktails
1.Grapefruit Mimosa
No celebration is complete without bubbly, and if you’re thinking of a recipe that’s full of fizz and flavour, a mimosa never fails to impress. For those daytime wedding these pastel mimosas are the perfect option.
Ingredients:
Freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
Elderflower liqueur
4 oz Champagne
Grapefruit slices for serving
Method:
Fill a glass with ice. Pour grapefruit juice and elderflower liqueur over the ice and stir. Top with chilled Champagne and garnish with a slice of grapefruit. Enjoy!
2. Blueberry Mojito
This twist on a mojito gets fruity from fresh blueberries and is just as refreshing as the minty classic. And this cocktail deserves an elegant presentation.
Ingredients:
2 oz white rum
3/4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 cane syrup (Cane syrup can be substituted for simple syrup made with 2 parts sugar and 1 part water.)
Mint leaves
Blueberries
Method:
Pour the cane syrup into a glass, then add mint; gently press leaves using a muddler, add blueberries and repeat. Add rum and lime juice and stir well. Top it up with soda and blueberries.
*For a non-alcoholic version eliminate the cognac from the recipe.

Prosecco and champagne are the most classic of all wedding drinks, but why not go for something a little different and fizzy? A refreshing subtle flavour with a sweet under tone—yes we’re talking about a Bellini.
Ingredients:
1tsp of peach puree
Sparkling wine
Method:
In a flute glass, add the peach puree, and slowly top with sparkling wine. Gently stir and drop in a cherry.
4. Black and White Martini
Throwing an elegant affair? Go all black and white with your drinks by serving martinis straight up with black olive stirrers.
Ingredients:
4-6 black olive plus some water of the olives
150 ml gin
25ml vermouth
Method:
Put martini glasses in the fridge to chill. Thread the olives skewers and set aside. Fill the glass with ice and pour in the gin, vermouth and olive brine and stir until it’s mixed. Strain the mix into the chilled glasses and garnish with the olive skewers.
5. Cucumber Margarita
Throw the fiesta of all fiestas by making the ultimate in tequila-infused sipper—a margarita. We can’t think of one guest who could complain about that!
Ingredients:
3 cucumbers, peeled and roughly chopped
1/2 cup water
1 cup tequila
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 jalapeño, sliced
Sugar (to taste)
Method:
Slice the cucumbers and place in a pitcher, add the tequila, and water then stir. Place the chilli, lemon in a blender. Add the lime and jalapeno to the pitcher and stir. Best served over ice.
6. Orange Gin-tastic Cocktail
This citrus and gin cocktail infused with rosemary is the ultimate balance of flavours and elegant addition to your wedding bar.
Ingredients:
Gin
Orange slice
Rosemary
Tonic water
Method:
Add gin to a glass and infuse the orange slice and rosemary for at least 30 minutes. Top it up with ice and pour the tonic water over. Garnish with rosemary leave.

Ingredients:
Whiskey
Lemon juice

Method:
Infuse cinnamon into the apple cider, add the dark rum and keep aside. In a glass gently press the ginger using a muddler. Top the infusion, stir well and serve. Garnish with a slice of orange.
