Sonam Kapoor dazzles in Dubai

After magnificently closing Ralph & Russo’s AW17/18 preview show in Paris earlier this year, style Queen Sonam Kapoor once again picked the couturier as her red carpet designer when she headed to the IWC ‘For the Love of Cinema’ Dinner at the 2017 Dubai International Film Festival.

Wearing a pale mint silk crêpe and gazar gown with a W-day ready train with side bustle, the piece sported a beautiful hand-painted metallic pastel leaf and floral design.

It was stunning for such a prestigious occasion with the silver embroidery, micro sequins and glass beads twinkling in the light of dozens of camera flashes. The look is also from the AW17/18 couture collection.

Sonam finished her ensemble with Ralph & Russo’s Alina clutch in silver foil, pointed silver pumps and an obligatory IWC watch in rose gold, keeping her beauty look minimally chic with a centre-parted chignon and fresh, dewy makeup with metallic eyelids.
