Like her other collections, the outfits in this line-up too can seamlessly transition from day event to evening and can be worn by wedding guests, bridesmaids and even the bride for a beach wedding. Every creation is a dreamlike offering for the wedding trousseau. The collection, designed for an intimate wedding experience, reflects the young Indian bride who is contemporary yet very rooted in her traditions. Created in exquisite hues of dust pink, mint, fuchsia, and scarlet and silhouettes that are elegant and uncluttered, the collection perfectly sets the mood for every bridal festivity. The collection features ethereal hand-embroidered creations aiming at the bride and her close-knit circle of BFFs that will delight the stylish 21st-century women seeking timeless designs. The fashion film is shot in a beautiful villa and depicts a small yet meaningful celebration. It also throws light on the bride, surrounded by her family and friends who are there to support and cheer her on her special day.

From intricately embroidered gloves inspired by the Indian mehndi ceremony to chain mail blouses with striking floral appliqués, each piece came alive and was the cynosure of all eyes. Organzas and lush fabrics were the basis of the wedding wear showcase, providing a modern take on the Indian sensibilities and also instilling a sense of playful femininity. The bridal collection was a perfect amalgamation of soothing pastels and the auspicious bridal red. Strappy bustiers and tiny bralettes reflected the rich embroidery details, while long-sleeved boleros with mirror work added grandeur to them. There was marked attention to bridal creations as lehengas, cholis and dupattas were intricately crafted with the best embellishments that artisans can create.Speaking about the collection, Arpita Mehta said, “This collection is very special to me. I wanted to create a collection that captured the heart of weddings in this new normal and reimagine a bridal line which is contemporary in its vision and is brought to life by our brides and their tribe.”When it comes to the most important day in a bride’s life, Arpita Mehta’s exclusive bridal wear line will be a memorable offering.
