Red colour palette dominated the theme, with the linens, flowers and even crockery. “For the gala dinner, all traditions were met with a menu created for guests who got to experience a fusion twist of Turkish and Indian canapes followed by a sit-down 4-course Indian menu. A dining experience that had all the guests talking.”
