Were you always makeup-minded?

I’ve always had a creative streak. I dabbled with card, fashion and interior design but nothing really caught my imagination - until makeup. From practicing on friends and family to enrolling in beauty academies, I honed my craft until I felt confident enough to book bridal clients. And that’s how my journey began!

What’s your style?

A bride should look like herself, but at her very best. I create looks that enhance natural beauty while making clients’ beauty dreams come true. My brides are fresh, radiant and flawless without layers of makeup.

“I offer an all-inclusive package which involves dressing, jewellery styling and dupatta pinning. My packages also include hair extensions and lashes. I find consultations essential; it's a chance to get to know the bride as well as her beauty preferences. We’ll have a run-through and tweak the look until the bride is 100% happy. Most importantly, it’s an opportunity to see if we gel well. For a bride, it’s THE most important day of their life, so she needs to feel comfortable with those around her – makeup artists included.”

INSPIRED

“I’m inspired all the time, but mostly it’s from talking with bridal clients. That’s how I find out what REAL brides want on their wedding day. Of course fashion and pop culture has impact, but these are subjective. Each bride is an individual with her own set of choices and preferences. I’m also inspired by the students who enrol in the 2 Day Intensive Course in my training academy. A good artist is always growing from those around her.”
